OVERVIEW
Background and Scope
This Survey is a piece of research I conducted for ICS Learn, an educational company that offers online courses.
It represents a small segment of a larger project undertaken during the research and discovery phase.
I led the research by:

Defining the goals: What are we trying to learn?

Defining the audience: Who are we targeting?

Writing the questions of the survey: What information are we trying to gather?

Gathering and sharing data: Translating the results into a visual, easy-to-digest presentation.
I designed the funnel on Miro, built the Survey on Google Forms, and created a presentation with the data collected using Figma Slides.
Working Collaboratively
Although I led this piece of research, I met with my colleagues to seek feedback before finalising the survey, ensuring I listened to their thoughts and input.
